Company Ethics

I have been working at my current place for over 4 years which is a long time for me.  When management doesn't get along with each other you get problems, the problem became bad between the general manager and owner . The General manager left, we now face a new problem as the company i work for is being advertised to be sold. But they have no real management in the company and they are trying to run the business from England.

We have been guaranteed a position with the company for 12 months. Would you stick around or would you get out early? If they sell you might be able to keep your job but no guarantee..
