Aldi Ambiano Air Fryer 15L Recipes - Toast with eggs and bacon
Toast with eggs and bacon.
Good Evening Everyone,
We have been considering an Air fryer for a few months and have been looking around but it was a hard choice. Do you get one with a single basket, dual basket, or oven style? Prices range from $90 - $500 which doesn't help. We went to Aldi and saw they had one for $199 and it had a inbuilt steamer as well so that was interesting. We have yet to see many reviews or recipes on this unit so we thought we would try some and I would post my results.

I'm a SCADMAN
Good Morning everyone,
It has been a few years since I posted anything, and life goes so fast. For all of us, Covid really took a toll on traveling, eating out, and just enjoying life but being locked in your house for nearly a year was not great. Since covid a lot of Cafes and Restaurants that we enjoyed going to closed down permanently which was sad to see. We finally got covid in April and a few weeks after that I started getting a burning sensation in my chest which came and went regularly. I went to the Doctors and they thought it was asthma related but it wasn't as it turned out. I took up running last year and about a month ago i was on a run and my whole chest felt like it was on fire and my heart exploded so i went back to work and finished the day. I went to the Doctor after work and they sent me to hospital. I asked the junior doctor to check my blood as she was convinced it was gastro. They got my results and sent me straight to the new Heart Hospital at around 1am the following day. I had my blood checked every 2 hours to see the troponin levels (normally between 0.04 and below 5). My levels got to over 8000 which suggested I could still be having a heart attack. Later on that day they wanted to do an Angiogram ( sticking a tube up my vein in my arm into my heart to check what damage was done). While they were in my heart they could see all the damage that had happened the the aorta and I had no cholesterol there. The cardiologist could see a long tear in the aorta and advised i needed a stent to try and patch up the tear which is called Spontaneous coronary artery dissection (SCAD) . I was watching the whole operation on the screen next to me which was interesting. I was in hospital for a week and was released. They day i was released i had more chest pains so i was sent back to hospital and spend another 3 days in hospital. Since then i have been in and out of hospital and trying to get used to all the medications. So far we are all coping with the life changes and i should be going back to work in a week.
Here is an image of what SCAD is.

Life
As our beautiful daughter turns three on Monday, the way she has developed into a caring fun little person makes me appreciate how lucky i am to have her in my life.
Her smile makes me laugh, the tickle cuddles i get when i put her to bed, even though she has attitude i still love her. I wish my Nanna got to meet her, got to see this joyful child. She would have loved her sense of humour. I remember all the time i spent with my Nanna, playing in the park with her for hours, drawing in her yard. All those amazing christmas lunch's we had together. I wish i told her i love her one last time before her dementia took her mind and body. All those opportunities i had to talk to her but i was busy living my life. Should i feel guilty i don't know. All i know is she is gone, gone to a better place, a place with no pain and no suffering and to be back with my Granddad who was taken away 20 years ago.

23 Cafe Restaurant Bar
I have been to a few Cafe's and Restaurants since last year but i lost so much time and a bit of interest but i feel this weekend has changed a few things. We invited Tess from Tesspresso to go to the zoo with us and she invited us to go to a Cafe. There are 3 things i believe that can make a Cafe' good or great.
1. Quality of food
2. Price of food
3. Staff
If you don't have all three things you can be missing the key ingredient and this has happened a few times. A couple of Cafe's we go to have lost a staff member who changes the whole atmosphere of the place. They know their customers by names and usual order or are fantastic with kids as well.
We still like going there but its not the same, even though they have the same great food and coffee. You want to feel welcomed or like you are part of the family and that is where 23 Cafe Restaurant Bar comes into it. This Cafe was welcoming to us as new customers, it is well priced and the quality of food was fantastic. The food was very picturesque as well.
After Iris had her Babychino, the owners daughter played together with Iris while we had some food and took some pictures.
The Waffles are crispy and the spices are perfect, the Falafels are moist and not too spicy. The eggs broke and the yolk ran down the toast and it went great with Halloumi. We were not disappointed with anything and the beautiful coffees matched the meals. By the time we left we all hugged and said our goodbyes. We really feel like family and love this place.
If you are ever in Ringwood please pop on it.
Have you been here.
